Easy-To-Make Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. very warm water
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Add yeast to water.
    Melt margarine and cream with sugar in a large bowl.
    Add egg and stir into mixture; then add dissolved yeast and mix well.
    Add flour and stir until mixed well.
    Place in airtight bowl and store in refrigerator.
    To cook, spoon into well-greased muffin pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
    Dough can be kept 2 or 3 weeks in refrigerator if kept in bowl with airtight lid.
    Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
