Graham Cracker Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
pinch of salt
Preparation

Add baking powder and salt to egg whites; beat until foamy and begins to peak, not dry.
Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar; continue beating.
Add vanilla.
Fold in graham crackers, chopped pecans and remaining sugar.
Grease pie plate with butter and pour batter into it.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
