Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef (may substitute venison)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onion in Dutch oven.
Drain fat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
