Best Ever Spicy Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
2 medium green peppers, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (undrained)
3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained), coarsely chopped
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. dried whole oregano
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
3 drops hot sauce
2 bay leaves
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. Burgundy wine (may use more and eliminate the water)
hot cooked spaghetti
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook first 5 ingredients in a large Dutch oven until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat.
Drain; stir in next 12 ingredients.
Cover; reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
Stir occasionally.
Remove bay leaves; stir in Burgundy.
Spoon sauce over spaghetti.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Yields 8 to 10 servings. Freezes well.
