Peach Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. canned peaches, cut up
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda, dissolved in peaches
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Cream sugar, peaches and soda.
    Add salt, nuts and eggs; then beat.
    Add flour and beat again.
    Pour in a 9 x 9-inch pan (greased or sprayed with Pam).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip.
