Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 pork chops
    1 c. rice (not instant)
    3 stalks celery, cut fine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 onion, chopped fine
    margarine or butter
Preparation
    Boil rice according to directions on box and set aside.
    Put margarine in pan.
    Add celery and onion (both cut fine) and fry on low until tender.
    Pour this into a small bowl.
    Brown the pork chops in the pan for a few minutes.
    Add margarine or butter, if necessary.
    Put pork chops in a baking dish or can use a crock-pot.
    Mix together rice, celery, onions and the mushroom soup.
    Put this on top of the pork chops.
    Cover later with foil if rice gets too brown.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    If using crock-pot, put on low for 2 to 3 hours.
