Frozen Cucumber Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
1 medium onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients and refrigerate 2 hours.
Drain and press out as much juice as possible, but do not reuse.
Mix the vinegar and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over cucumbers.
Put in small freezer containers and freeze.
