Peppercorn Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large boneless chicken breast halves
    1 Tbsp. crushed Szechwan peppercorn
    2 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
Preparation
    Place chicken between plastic wrap.
    Pound chicken with mallet.
    Sprinkle with peppercorn.
    Heat a nonstick skillet.
    Melt butter and add chicken.
    Cook, turning once, until chicken is done, about 5 minutes on each side.
    Remove chicken and keep warm.
