Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light brown sugar, packed
    6 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 egg yolks, beaten with fork
    1 c. peanut butter
    2/3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed well
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and salt. Gradually add milk.
    Mix well.
    Add beaten egg yolks. Cook over hot water in double boiler, stirring constantly, until thick and creamy. Add peanut butter and mashed sweet potatoes.
    Mix well. Cool slightly.
    Pour into prebaked 9-inch pie crust. Top with meringue and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
