Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) bags frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
    1 c. mayonnaise (I use 1/2 c.)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream soup (mushroom, chicken, celery or broccoli)
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, mayonnaise, cheese, onion and soup. Mix well. Pour into baking dish. Combine cracker crumbs with melted margarine and spread on top of vegetables. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
