Cottage Cheese-Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boiled eggs
1/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese, drained
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1 Tbsp. skim milk
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation

Halve eggs and remove yolks.
In a blender, combine and blend until smooth all remaining ingredients.
Garnish with snipped parsley, if desired.
