Escalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cubed cooked chicken
    1 qt. fresh bread crumbs (a blender makes great fresh bread crumbs)
    1 c. buttered crumbs
    1/2 c. oleo or butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 qt. chicken broth
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Melt oleo or butter in flour.
    Add broth and milk to make a thin white sauce.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Layer crumbs, chicken and sauce, as many layers as pan will hold.
    Top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake until bubbly and crumbs are browned.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
