Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped cooked shrimp
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. grated onion or 1 small
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. hot water
dash of Tabasco
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, gelatin and seasoning in a large bowl. Add celery and shrimp and blend well. Pour into a greased mold (1 1/2-quart) and chill for several hours. Serve with Waverly Wafers. May be frozen.
