Kraft Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Kraft caramels (25 count)
    1/3 c. Carnation evaporated milk
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt Kraft caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in top of double boiler.
