Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin steak (could use ground round)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. garlic and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut meat in thin strips.
    Brown meat.
    Add seasonings, then add soup, broth and onion.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes until thickened, then add sour cream.
