Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 1/2 c. hot milk
1 tsp. green onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated
grated Cheddar (optional)
paprika (optional)
Preparation

Beat potatoes and milk until smooth.
Grated Cheddar may be added as topping.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika (optional). Store overnight in refrigerator.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until hot.
