Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grits
    16 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    6 c. water
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. salt (Lawry's seasoned salt)
Preparation
    Cook grits in water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased dish.
    Bake approximately 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Good for breakfast or with just about any meal, especially fish.
