Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. halved strawberries
Preparation

Mix until crumbly flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.
Press 1/2 of mixture in bottom of 9-inch pan.
Mix and stir until thick and clear (about 5 minutes) sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla.
Mix and place rhubarb and strawberries in pan. Pour liquid over rhubarb and strawberries.
Top with rest of the crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
