Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix, baked and crumbled
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
4 or 5 bananas
1 small box instant vanilla pudding (use recipe on box)
1 can cherry pie filling
1/2 to 1 c. pecans
coconut (enough for 2 layers)

Preparation

Layer in order listed, using about 1/3 of each ingredient in \"first round\" and the remainder of each ingredient in the \"second round\" of layers, always beginning with cake crumbs and ending with coconut.
