Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large peppers
    4 c. boiling water (salted)
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut off stem end of each pepper.
    Remove seed.
    Cook peppers in water for 5 minutes and drain.
    Cook and stir ground meat and onion in medium skillet until onion is tender.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in salt, garlic salt, rice and 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce; heat through.
    Lightly stuff each pepper. Stand peppers in an ungreased dish, pour remaining tomato sauce over peppers.
    Cover; bake for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
