Christmas Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans chicken with rice soup
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
    1 c. water
    1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Combine rice, soup, pimento, water, green pepper and onion in casserole; mix well.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until rice is tender.
    Yield: 6 servings.
