Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until light
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 2 loaves.
