Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 stick melted oleo
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. white raisins
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Blend eggs, sugar and oleo.
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour in 8-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    For 10-inch pie, double recipe.
