Cucumber Sunomono - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber, peeled lengthwise (leave a few strips of skin for color)
    salt
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted lightly
Preparation
    Slice cucumbers very thin.
    Salt over each layer.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
