No-Fat Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can skimmed evaporated milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a saucepan stir together sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and milk. Cook and stir constantly until thickened and bubbly.
    Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Serve warm or cold over any dessert.
    Can be refrigerated, covered, for a week.
