Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
    4 slightly beaten eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. scalded milk
Preparation
    Chill pie shell.
    Blend eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Gradually stir in milk.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
