Easy Tamales - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. pork shoulder roast
    1 c. flour
    1/2 bottle chili powder
    1 (28 oz.) can Las Palmas chili sauce
    1/2 can water
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    corn husks and masa
Preparation
    Boil pork until meat shreds off bone (several hours).
    Place flour in large frypan and brown.
    Remove from heat and let cool approximately 20 minutes.
    Add chili powder.
    Mix in chili sauce and garlic.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add water and salt and simmer 5 minutes over low heat.
    Add shredded meat and simmer 10 minutes.
