Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 sticks butter
    6 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt over medium heat first 4 ingredients.
    Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar; beat with mixer until smooth.
    Stir in 1 1/2 cups pecans and the vanilla.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
    Cut into squares.
