Pineapple Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
9 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
9 inch pastry shell, unbaked
Preparation

Blend 1/3 cup sugar with cornstarch and crushed pineapple (with juices). Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and clear. Cool.
