Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
1 c. golden or dark seedless raisins
1 c. California walnuts, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 medium apple, chopped
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

In 3-quart saucepan, over medium heat, heat cranberries, sugar and one cup of water to boiling.
Stir frequently.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate.
Yields 7 cups.
