Santa Fe Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    olive oil
    1 small minced onion
    garlic salt to taste
    chili powder to taste
    black pepper to taste
    red pepper (optional)
    Pam cooking spray
    2 pkg. Lipton Spanish rice mix
    1 small can green chilies
    1 small can black beans
    1 small can whole kernel corn
    1 small jar chunky salsa (medium works the best)
    Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese mixture, shredded
    sour cream
    black olives
Preparation
    Arrange chicken on foil lined cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Brush chicken with olive oil and sprinkle seasonings on chicken to taste. Place in 450\u00b0 oven and bake until chicken is golden brown.
