Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
    Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy.
    Stir in zucchini and flour mixture; stir only until moistened.
    Pour into 2 greased and sugared 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
    Yield:
    2 large loaves.
