Cherry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tart cherries, drained
    1/3 c. juice
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1/4 tsp. red coloring
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Drain cherries (saving juice).
    Mix sugar and flour in a saucepan and add cherry juice, coloring and extract.
    Blend in carefully.
    Stir in cherries.
    Let stand while making crusts. Bake 5 minutes at 450\u00b0; reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
