Zippy Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. zucchini
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. white pepper
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. half and half
salt and white pepper to taste
chopped chives
Preparation

Cut ends off zucchini and slice into 1-inch pieces.
Place in a 6-quart saucepan.
Add salt, onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper, chicken broth and water.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and cook over moderate heat until tender, about 10 minutes.
