Custard Without Eggs(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. powdered milk
    1 c. sugar (less, if desired)
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    few drops yellow food color
Preparation
    Combine powdered milk, sugar, cornstarch and water.
    Mix well. Bring water to a boil; add to the mixture.
    Cook in double boiler over low heat until thick.
    Add margarine, vanilla and food color.
