One Hour Yeast Rolls(No Kneading) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm buttermilk
    1/2 c. melted shortening
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    4 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast into warm water.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add buttermilk, shortening and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add flour a little at a time, stirring with a spoon.
    Beat
    until smooth.
    Let rest 10 minutes.
    Shape as desired, dusting with flour.
    Place in greased pan.
    Let rise 30 minutes in warm place.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Yields 2 dozen.
