Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Homemade sauce:
Melt butter.
Add cream and nutmeg.
Boil rapidly until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in cheese; serve warm.
