Avocado Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 avocados, peeled
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 1/2 c. chicken stock, well seasoned
1 c. cream of milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
Preparation

Puree avocados, lemon juice and stock in blender.
Combine with cream of milk.
Add salt and pepper.
Barely heat through, stirring gently.
Just before serving, add green onions for garnishing.
Can be served hot or cold.
Makes 4 servings.
