Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork loin chops (3/4-inch thick)
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Place pork chops in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    In a bowl, combine juice, ketchup, honey, vinegar, mustard and salt.
    Pour over the chops.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake about 30 minutes longer until meat is tender. Remove chops to platter and keep warm.
