Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 bag Doritos
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain.
    Add soups, beans and Ro-Tel.
    Mix well.
    Spread Doritos in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour heated mixture over chips.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
