Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1 small can pumpkin
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
Mix until well blended and slightly fluffy.
Combine flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and soda. Add to other mixture and blend well.
Add pumpkin and water, mixing until all ingredients are blended.
Grease and flour bottoms only of 3 loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
