Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sm. potato
    powdered sugar
    peanut butter
Preparation
    Boil a small unpeeled potato until soft.
    Peel and mash potato in a mixing bowl.
    Add powdered sugar a little at time and mix.
    Keep doing this until a dough forms.
    Roll out dough on waxed paper until about 1/4 inch thick.
    Spread peanut butter on dough.
    Roll into a log.
    Cut into 1/4 inch thick slices.
    Cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator
