Orange Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box orange gelatin
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve liquid
2 sliced bananas
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 medium Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water then mix in cold water.
Add pecans, pineapple and bananas.
Chill until set.
Cook sugar, pineapple juice, eggs (slightly beaten) and cream cheese over low heat until thick.
Beat with electric mixer.
Let cool and spread on top of jello mixture.
Top with Cool Whip.
