Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. broiler-fryer pieces
salt and pepper
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can sliced pineapple
1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce
2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

Place chicken in baking dish.
Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Drain pineapple; reserve 2 tablespoons liquid.
Combine reserved liquid, 57 sauce and honey. Pour over chicken.
Bake additional 25 minutes, basting occasionally.
Arrange pineapple over chicken and bake 10 minutes longer.
Drain excess fat from sauce.
Spoon sauce over chicken. Makes 4 servings.
