Chipped Beef Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 1/2 oz. dried beef, cut up
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Blend the softened cream cheese and milk together.
    Add the dried beef, onion, green pepper, pepper and sour cream.
    Spread into baking dish and sprinkle nuts on top.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serve with crackers.
    Yields 1 1/2 cups.
