Ziti And Mexican Meat Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 c. water
6 oz. tomato paste
2 oz. jar pimentos
1 1/2 oz. pkg. sauce mix (enchilada)
1 lb. ziti macaroni
Preparation

Drain; dice pimentos.
In a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, green pepper and onion, stirring often until meat is browned and pepper and onion are tender.
Stir in water, tomato paste, pimentos and sauce mix over high heat; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover; simmer 15 minutes.
