Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. oats
2 c. sour cream
2/3 c. butter, melted
4 eggs
2 c. light brown sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine oats and sour cream.
Stir in melted butter, eggs and brown sugar until well mixed.
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Stir into oat mixture until blended.
Divide into 2 greased 12-cup muffin pans.
Sprinkle with more oats.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Do not overcook.
