Tuna Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
    8 oz. natural Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk until blended.
    Stir in drained, flaked tuna, diced cheese and onions (a small amount of the green leaf is colorful).
    Pour into pastry-lined pan.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until the quiche tests done (solid when you touch the center).
