Green Bean Empress - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 celery stalks, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. chicken stock or bouillon
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. sesame seed, toasted
    dash of garlic salt
    2 c. Blue Lake green beans
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook celery in oleo or butter until tender-crisp.
    Blend cornstarch with chicken stock, soy sauce, sesame seed and garlic salt.
    Cook with celery, stirring constantly, until thickened. Garnish with chopped parsley.
    Serves 6 to 8.
