Fruit Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour with 1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Spread in a 10 x 14-inch greased and floured pan.
Put a large can of cherry or blueberry pie filling on top.
Spread 6 tablespoons melted butter over top of filling.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Drizzle with powdered sugar frosting.
Serves 16.
